Description The Laguna winterizing products will keep an area thawed and open in the pond, allowing the release of toxic gases from fish respiration and decomposing organic matter to escape which is essential for fish survival. At the same time it allows oxygen to re-enter the pond.
**The 315 watt De-Icer for ponds is highly visible with a LED pilot light that indicates when the unit is on.
**Unique to the Laguna products is a 15 watt top mounted heating element that melts snow on contact, keeping the unit free from snowy build-up.
**Integrated thermostat shuts off the De-Icer when it overheats, protecting internal components from damage. Saves energy costs.
**Safe for plastic or liner ponds, will not harm fish or plants.
**Powerheat unit has a 22 foot cord with grounded electrical plug. |
