Judith Hindle - Pitcher Plant

Judith Hindle Sarracenia unique in the pond or planted in floating rafts will bring attention to your watergarden.  When new, these plants are laced with yellow.  They quickly mature to feature pitchers with burgundy red throats.  Hoods may have touches of white under the deep burgungy veining.

*Flowers:  Pitchers, maroon red

*Lighting:  Sun

*Growing Conditions:  Do best in a planting medium of whole fiber sphagnum moss or

                 a equal mix of peat moss and coarse vermiculite or sharp sand.
